Hot marmalade sauce

Enjoy all the flavours of Christmas with this orange and whisky sauce
150g marmalade
1 large orange (finely grated zest and juice)
3 tbsp whisky
In a small saucepan, combine the marmalade, the orange juice and zest and the whisky. Put the saucepan on low heat until the marmalade melts completely.
Boil the mixture for about 20 seconds in order to evaporate the whisky. If the marmalade is too thick, add a tablespoon of water.
Take the saucepan away from the heat and serve while still hot.

For a non-alcoholic version, simply add 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 teaspoon dark brown sugar and 3 tablespoons water instead of adding whisky.
