About

Jewry Wall Museum is dedicated to the archaeology of Leicester’s past and offers a great opportunity to discover the stories of different residents of this city from Prehistoric times up to the Medieval period.
The Jewry Wall itself used to be part of the Roman town’s public baths and it is one of the tallest surviving pieces of Roman masonry in the whole country! Kids will love exploring these ancient ruins that have survived for over 2,000 years.

The museum also has a great range of event days throughout the year, so check online before you visit. You can also download a free audio tour of the Jewry Wall Roman site.
