Every proposal is unique and beautiful in its own way, and we have to give major props to Ray Smith for pulling off possibly the most romantic and elaborate one we have seen in a long time.
Deciding that he wanted to ask pregnant partner Claire Bramley to marry him, Ray concocted a plan last year to propose to her secretly every day for five months.
So, how did he do it? He took a daily photo under the pretence that he was using it for a time-lapse video documenting her pregnancy. In each photo, he held up a little note asking Claire to marry him, and he took another safety shot without the note for when she wanted to check the shot herself.
Claire had absolutely no idea, and so the romantic plan carried on for five months, featuring a staggering 148 proposals!
In the end, Ray put all of the photos together into one video montage – roping Claire’s friends, relatives and kids into the process – and presented it to her on Christmas day, when he officially popped the question.
This is, without doubt, one of the most romantic gestures you will ever see. Check it out in the video below.
