They welcomed their second child into the world all the way back in December, and this week Emmerdale stars Charley Webb and Matthew Wolfenden have finally introduced him to us!
The soap stars posed for their very first public photos with son Bowie Grey, in a family photo shoot for OK! magazine, alongside their eldest son.
Charley and Matthew, who have been together for eight years, welcomed little Bowie on December 19. Opening up about his arrival into the world, Charley revealed that while she had initially planned to have a water birth, everything changed when her waters broke – on the way to Mothercare!
“My water birth went straight out the window!” laughed Charley, who is also mum to Buster, who is almost six.
The couple also revealed the inspiration behind their little one’s name, admitting that it wasn’t intended as any sort of tribute to legendary rocker David.
Matthew told the publication: “Don’t get me wrong, I’m a fan of David Bowie but that wasn’t why we chose the name. We just both loved it. We’d chosen the name before he was born and named him straight away, and then David Bowie died three weeks later.”
