Eggless chocolate mousse

Beautiful and velvety mousse made for those with an egg intolerance.
200g 70% dark chocolate
284ml double cream
Break up the chocolate into chunks, and place in bowl over barely simmering hot water.
In meantime, whip the double cream until nearly forming peaks.
Pour the melted chocolate into cream and fold gently.
Transfer into glass dishes, and chill for 30 minutes then serve.
