The partner of George Michael has now, for the first time, described the moment he found the singer's dead body.
Fadi Fawaz took to Twitter to express his shock at the events of the last 48 hours, and to say that he will "never stop missing" the former Wham! star.
Fadi claims that he found George in his bed at home in Goring-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, on Christmas Day afternoon.
The award-winning singer's manager said he died of heart failure.
Mr Fawaz, who is based in London and is a hair stylist, tweeted: 'Its an xmas I will never forget, finding your partner dead peacefully in bed first thing in the morning...I will never stop missing you xx'.
DailyMail.com says that the pair had been in a relationship since 2012.
The 53-year-old musician famously broke up with long term partner Kenny Goss a year before.
Today, rumour surround the circumstance of George's death continue, however, his manager was at pains to stress that there was "no foul play whatsoever," adding that his death by heart failure was unexpected.
Police are treating the death as 'unexplained but not suspicious'.
