And this incredibly heartwarming video, which was recently uploaded to YouTube, is a classic example.

Documenting the preparation which went into his proposal, Tyler Shelton created an incredibly moving video which pays tribute to both the love of his life, Haylee Rose, and her late father, Greg Rose.

Addressing his girlfriend's late father in the compelling six-minute clip, Tyler promises to give his daughter "love, patience and everything she needs."

"I want to give he experiences people only dream of and love her unconditionally," he promises.
